摘要
注浆材料与隧道管片混凝土界面受荷载、错台、沉降等因素的影响极易产生剪切破坏。为研究注浆材料与混凝土界面剪切破坏的细观过程和作用机理,采用离散元分析方法,设置16组工况进行剪切模拟,分析法向应力和剪切速率对界面剪切特性的影响。研究结果表明:剪切过程可分为弹性剪切阶段、塑性变形阶段、峰前过渡阶段和剪切软化阶段。随剪切速率增加,相同法向应力下界面抗剪强度减小趋势较为平缓。相同剪切速率下,界面抗剪强度与法向应力呈现近似线性关系。
The interface between grouting material and tunnel segment concrete is easy to produce shear failure due to the influence of load,dislocation,settlement and other factors.In order to study the meso-process and mecha⁃nism of shear failure at the interface between grouting material and concrete,the discrete element analysis method was used to set up 16 groups of working conditions for shear simulation,and the influence of normal stress and shear rate on the shear characteristics of the interface was analyzed.The results show that the shear process can be divided into elastic shear stage,plastic deformation stage,pre-peak transition stage and shear softening stage.With the increase of shear rate,the shear strength of the interface decreases more slowly under the same normal stress.At the same shear rate,the shear strength of the interface is approximately linear with the normal stress.
