摘要
为探究不同粒径铜粉对树脂类导电粘胶电阻率的影响,采用环氧树脂(E-44)作为基体,选用200目红铜粉和1 000目黄铜粉作为填充材料分别制备不同填料的导电粘胶样体,通过伏安法和比较法分别对不同填料导电粘胶样体的电阻率进行试验数据测量和误差理论分析。试验结果表明,单一金属成分导电粘胶的电阻率明显优于合金填料导电粘胶电阻率一个数量级,这为树脂类导电粘胶的制备和性能优化提供了相应的参考依据。
In order to explore the influence of copper powder with different particle sizes on the resistivity of resin conductive adhesive,epoxy resin(E-44)was used as the matrix,and 200 mesh red copper powder and 1000 mesh brass powder were used as filling materials to prepare conductive adhesive samples with different fillers.The resis⁃tivity of conductive adhesive samples with different fillers was measured by voltammetry and comparison method,and the error theoretical analysis was carried out.The experimental results show that the resistivity of conductive ad⁃hesive with single metal component is obviously better than that of conductive adhesive with alloy filler.The resistivity is an order of magnitude,which provides a corresponding reference for the preparation and performance optimiza⁃tion of resin conductive adhesive.
