摘要
随着新能源汽车技术的快速发展,汽车冬季测试受到了越来越多的重视。但汽车产业竞争加剧导致的投放速度加快和研发周期缩短,使得许多新车型赶不上传统冬季测试周期。为此,冬季汽车试验场领域出现了两种新的应对措施:一种是选择更高纬度地区建设室外冬季汽车试验场来延长冬季测试周期,另一种则是建设室内冬季汽车试验场来彻底摆脱季节限制。由于能够全年开展冬季测试,室内冬季汽车试验场逐渐成为新趋势。为了保证冬季测试的效果,室内冬季汽车试验场的建设需要重点考虑人造雪调控、大跨度结构设计以及保温防冻措施等关键点。
With the rapid development of new energy vehicle technology,automobile winter testing has received more and more attention.However,the accelerated launch speed and shortened R&D cycle caused by intensified competition in the automotive industry have made many new models unable to catch up with the traditional winter testing cycle.To this end,two new countermeasures have emerged in the field of winter automobile test sites:one is to choose higher latitudes to build outdoor winter automobile test sites to extend the winter test cycle,and the other is to build indoor winter automobile test sites to completely get rid of seasonal restrictions.With the ability to carry out winter tests all year round,indoor winter automotive test sites are gradually becoming a new trend.In order to ensure the effect of winter testing,the construction of indoor winter automobile test sites needs to focus on key points such as artificial snow regulation,long-span structural design,and thermal insulation and antifreeze measures.
