摘要
随着新能源汽车市场的迅猛发展,其后市场规模持续扩大,智能化服务需求日益凸显。文章基于AI大模型技术,探索新能源汽车后市场智能化服务模式的构建与应用。通过分析后市场需求特点与技术现状,提出涵盖智能诊断、个性化服务、远程支持等场景的智能化服务框架。梳理了AI大模型在故障预测、用户行为分析、数据驱动决策等方面的潜力,并设计“数据采集—模型优化—服务应用”三层技术架构。同时,从数据安全、技术选型、平台搭建等维度提出实施策略,为后市场智能化转型提供理论支撑与实践参考。
With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle market,the market scale continues to expand,and the demand for intelligent services is becoming increasingly prominent.Based on AI large model technology,this paper explores the construction and application of intelligent service mode for the aftermarket of new energy vehicles.By analyzing the characteristics of post-market demand and the current situation of technology,an intelligent service framework covering scenarios such as intelligent diagnosis,personalized service,and remote support is proposed.This paper sorts out the potential of AI large models in fault prediction,user behavior analysis,data-driven decision-making,etc.,and designs a three-layer technical architecture of"data collection-model optimization-service application".At the same time,the implementation strategy is proposed from the dimensions of data security,technology selection,and platform construction,so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the intelligent transformation of the aftermarket.
