摘要
汽车底盘制动系统作为汽车底盘的核心组成部分,其异响故障不仅影响驾驶体验,更可能隐藏安全隐患。汽车制动系统异响将导致安全风险剧增、经济损失加大、噪声污染和品牌信任危机。汽车制动系统异响故障类型按声学特征分类分为高频尖啸故障、低频嗡鸣故障和间歇性咯嗒声故障三种;按发生机理分类分为摩擦振动型故障、机械干涉型故障和材料退化型故障三种;按发生的构件分类分为制动片摩擦异响、制动盘异常磨损、卡钳系统故障、制动系统机械松动和制动片磨损报警声等五种。制动系统异响故障诊断技术主要有声学特征分析、动态检测和拆解验证等三种。制动异响是材料特性、机械结构与使用条件共同作用的结果,需建立多维度防控体系才能尽可能减少其发生机率。
As the core component of automobile chassis,the abnormal noise fault of automobile chassis braking system not only affects the driving experience,but also may hide potential safety hazards.The abnormal noise of the car braking system will lead to a sharp increase in safety risks,increased economic losses,noise pollution and a crisis of brand trust.According to the acoustic characteristics,the types of abnormal noise faults in automobile braking system can be classified into three types:high-frequency screaming faults,low-frequency humming faults and intermittent rattling faults.According to the occurrence mechanism,it can be divided into three types:friction and vibration faults,mechanical interference faults and material degradation faults.According to the classification of components,it can be divided into five types:brake pad friction and abnormal noise,brake disc abnormal wear,caliper system failure,mechanical loosening of brake system and brake pad wear alarm sound.There are three main types of fault diagnosis technologies for abnormal noise of braking system:acoustic characteristic analysis,dynamic detection and disassembly verification.Brake squeak is the result of the combined effect of material characteristics,mechanical structure and use conditions,and a multi-dimensional prevention and control system is required to reduce its occurrence as much as possible.
