摘要
延安时期的八路军办事处不仅是国共军事信息联络中心,更是中共传播抗日理念的前沿阵地。相比延安时期其他地区的八路军办事处,西安八办成立最早、撤离最晚,与延安联结最为紧密,是中共在国统区构筑的红色宣传高地。在中国共产党的直接领导下,八路军西安办事处的新闻宣传工作卓有成效:通过传播延安电台信息、出版发行党报党刊、组织策划抗战宣传活动、接待并帮助国内外媒体来延采访报道等方式,从战略上打破了国民党对中共的信息封锁,形成了服务抗日民族统一战线的“宣传—联结—动员”新闻宣传机制,成为中国共产党设立在国统区的“红色桥梁”,对推进党的宣传统战工作发挥了不可替代的作用,为全国其他地区的八路军、新四军办事处起到了示范作用。
During the Yan'an period,the offices of the Eighth Route Army served not only as liaison centers for military information between the CPC and the KMT but also fronts for the CPC to communicate its ideas on resisting Japanese aggression.Compared with its other offices during the period,the Xi'an Office served as the Party's revolutionary publicity stronghold in the KMT-controlled area,as it was the first one established,the last evacuated,and kept a closer connection with Yan'an.Under the Party's direct leadership,it made remarkable achievements in media communication.It strategically broke the KMT's information blockade through such means as communicating messages from Yan'an radio broadcasting,publishing and distributing the Party newspapers and periodicals,staging activities to publicize anti-Japanese ideas,and receiving and assisting journalists from both home and abroad in interviewing and reporting in Yan'an,built a"communication-connection-mobilization'media communication mechanism in support of the national united front against Japanese aggression,hence becoming a"red bridge"in the KMT-controlled area.It played an irreplaceable role in promoting the Party's communication and united front,setting an example for the agencies of the Eighth Route Army and the New Fourth Army in other parts of the country.
