摘要
人去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白(hNET)在神经嵴源性肿瘤, 如神经母细胞瘤、嗜铬细胞瘤和副神经节瘤中表达。^(18)F-间氟苄胍(MFBG)对hNET具有高度亲和力和特异性, 逐渐被应用于神经嵴源性肿瘤PET/CT显像。该文围绕^(18)F-MFBG PET/CT显像在神经嵴源性肿瘤诊治中的应用进行综述。
The human norepinephrine transporter(hNET)is expressed in neural crest-derived tumors,such as neuroblastoma,pheochromocytoma,and paraganglioma.^(18)F-meta-fluorobenzylguanidine(MFBG)has high affinity and specificity for hNET,and has been gradually applied to PET/CT imaging in neural crest-derived tumors.The application of ^(18)F-MFBG PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of neural crest-derived tumors is reviewed in this article.
