摘要
针对海底沉管隧道管节沉放及水下对接难度大、精度要求高、施工区域海相和地质与环境条件复杂,会对测量工作造成不利影响,最终导致工程质量出现问题的情况,本文首先按照风险评估理论对海底沉管隧道测量风险进行研究,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法结合进行测量风险评价,得到各个层次风险因素评价指标,对评价指标进行处理并对照测量风险评价矩阵,确定基本测量风险因素和沉管隧道测量的风险等级。最后以港珠澳大桥沉管隧道测量为例进行了风险评价,根据识别出来的风险点和风险概率及损失,采取相应的预防措施来降低风险,确保了测量工作顺利进行。
This study focuses on the challenges associated with the immersion of tunnel segments and underwater connection in undersea immersed tube tunnels,which require high precision but are susceptible to difficulties due to complex marine,geological,and environmental conditions.These conditions may negatively impact the measurement work and ultimately lead to quality issues in the project.The paper first conducted a risk evaluation of the measurement process for immersed tube tunnels based on risk evaluation theory.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were integrated to evaluate measurement risks,identify the risk factors at each level,and process the evaluation indi⁃cators.A risk evaluation matrix was then used to determine the primary measurement risk factors and the risk level of the immersed tube tunnel measurement.Finally,a risk evaluation of the measurement work for the immersed tube tunnel in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was presented as a case study.Based on the identified risks,probabilities,and potential losses,appropriate preventive measures were implemented to mitigate risks and ensure the smooth progress of the measure⁃ment work.
