摘要
文章系统综述益气活血法干预血管老化的基础研究进展,分别从中西医角度阐述益气活血法干预血管老化的作用。从抗氧化应激、抗炎性反应、调节自噬、AngⅡ分子等作用途径归纳益气活血法干预血管老化的机制研究,发现益气活血法常选用针灸、中药复方、益气活血单味中药如人参、三七、川芎等。通过检索中国知网、万方数据、维普数据、PubMed、SOCOLA、X-MOL等数据库,以益气活血、血管老化、冠心病等为关键词,排除重复项之后,检索出共191篇文献,首选核心和CSCD期刊,对应用益气活血法干预血管老化的作用机制进行了总结与述评,对未来研究进行了展望,以期为临床使用益气活血中药干预血管老化提供参考依据。
This article conducts a comprehensive review of the advancements in fundamental research on the intervention of vascular aging through Qi-blood activation modalities.It elaborates on the effect of these methods on vascular aging from both western and traditional Chinese medicine perspectives.The mechanisms by which Qi-blood activation exerts influence on vascular aging are analyzed,concentrating on aspects such as antioxidant stress,anti-inflammatory responses,autophagy modulation,and Ang I molecules.Commonly employed approaches encompass acupuncture,traditional Chinese herbal complexes,and specific herbs such as ginseng,Sanqi,and Chuanxiong that facilitate Qi-blood activation.By scrutinizing databases over the past decade,including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,SOCOLA,and X-MOL,a total of 191 relevant articles were identified after eliminating duplicates,with a focus on core and CSCD journals.This review consolidates the findings related to the intervention mechanisms of Qi-blood activation in vascular aging and anticipates future studies to provide a solid reference basis for the clinical application of Qi-blood activating Chinese herbs in addressing vascular aging problems.
