摘要
目的基于CiteSpace软件,文献计量学分析中医外治法治疗心衰的研究进展,探讨该领域的研究现状与前沿热点。方法检索2004年1月1日-2024年5月31日中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普期刊数据平台、中华系列杂志文献库、PubMed Central、SinoMed、Web of Science等数据库中有关中医外治法治疗心力衰竭的相关研究文献,使用Note express 4.0软件进行文献筛选,采用Citespace 6.3.R1绘制年度发文量、作者合作、机构合作及研究热点的知识图谱,并进行共现分析。结果经过筛选,共收入了617篇论文进行分析,该研究领域的文章年发表数量呈整体增加态势。作者和机构间合作整体欠佳,跨地域合作较少。生成6个高频关键词:心力衰竭,穴位贴敷,心功能,生活质量,艾灸,便秘。聚类分析共生成了7个聚类标签,突显分析得出8个突显关键词,生活质量,八段锦,雷火灸等相关研究持续至今,将会是未来研究的热点。结论中医外治法治疗心力衰竭的研究文献数量总体呈稳定上升趋势,相关研究领域稳定发展,研究团队间合作较少,当前研究热点集中在多种外治法的临床疗效观察,患者生活质量等方面。
Objective To visualize and analyze the research progress on treating heart failure with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)external therapies using CiteSpace,exploring the current research status and emerging frontiers in this field.Methods Literature related to TCM external therapies for heart failure was retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,VIP Journal Integration Platform(VJIP),Chinese Medical Journal Full-text Database,PubMed Central(PMC),SinoMed,and Web of Science(WoS),covering the period from January 1,2004,to May 31,2024.NoteExpress 4.0 software was used for literature screening and management.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was employed to generate knowledge maps illustrating annual publication volume,author collaboration,institutional collaboration,and research hotspots,followed by co-occurrence analysis.Results After screening,617 articles were included for analysis.The annual publication volume in this research field showed an overall increasing trend.Collaboration among authors and institutions was generally suboptimal,with limited cross-regional cooperation.Six high-frequency keywords were identified:Heart Failure,Acupoint Application,Cardiac Function,Quality of Life,Moxibustion,and Constipation.Cluster analysis generated 7 cluster labels.Burst detection analysis identified 8 burst keywords.Research related to Quality of Life,Baduanjin Exercise,and Thunder-fire Moxibustion has persisted until the present and is projected to be a future research hotspot.Conclusion The volume of research literature on TCM external therapies for heart failure exhibits a generally stable upward trend,indicating steady development in this research area.Collaboration among research teams remains limited.Current research hotspots are concentrated on clinical efficacy observation of various external therapies and patient quality of life.
