摘要
股骨头坏死病情进展迅速,且前期症状不明显,对患者心理状态产生显著影响,严重影响生活质量。对于股骨头坏死,近年来中国在中医治疗股骨头坏死方面有着丰富的经验,中医治疗方法包括中药口服、外敷、针灸及针刀等,临床实际应用中取得了很好的疗效。该文通过文献回顾,探讨股骨头坏死的病因病机,介绍中医药治疗方法,为临床治疗提供参考。
The progression of avascular necrosis of the femoral head is rapid,and the early symptoms are not obvious,which significantly impacts the patients'psychological well-being and severely affects their quality of life.In recent years,China has gained rich experience in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head.TCM treatment methods include oral administration of herbal medicines,external applications,acupuncture,and needle-knife therapy,all of which have shown good clinical efficacy.This paper reviews the literature to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and introduces TCM treatment methods to provide references for clinical treatment.
