摘要
颈肩肌筋膜疼痛综合征(Cervical and shouldermy of ascial pain syndrome,CMPS)又称颈肩综合征,由长期慢性劳损导致颈肩部疼痛与功能改变,即持续性或间断性的颈肩部疼痛、肌肉僵硬不舒、运动受限,疼痛可向后头部及上肢放射,在颈项肩背部可触及压痛点,甚或伴有头晕头痛等的临床综合征。中西医对该疾病的发生发展均有各自的理论,但对该疾病的治疗主要着重在扳机点的处理上。该文的目的在于探讨中西医对该疾病的认识,并分析针刺治疗的现状,为中西医进一步结合治疗CMPS提供新的思路和方法。
Cervical and shoulder myofascial pain syndrome(CMPS),also known as cervical shoulder syndrome,is characterized by pain and functional changes in the neck and shoulder area due to long-term chronic strain.This condition manifests as persistent or intermittent pain in the neck and shoulders,muscle stiffness,limited movement,and pain that may radiate to the back of the head and upper limbs.Tender points can be palpated in the neck,shoulders,and upper back,and it may also be accompanied by dizziness and headaches.Both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own theories regarding the onset and development of this disease,but treatment primarily focuses on managing trigger points.The purpose of this article is to explore the understanding of this disease from both traditional Chinese and Western medical perspectives and to analyze the current state of acupuncture treatment,providing new ideas and methods for further integration of these two approaches in treating CMPS.
