摘要
舌下络脉诊法,是独特中医诊疗方法,是中医临床诊断疾病的必察内容,可作为慢性萎缩性胃炎的早期诊断指标、判断病因病机、评估病情轻重、指导临床治疗及疾病预后转归的重要客观依据。该文基于舌下络脉有关的文献,总结了舌下络脉诊法在慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断治疗的临床应用,以期更好地指导慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床诊疗,并对现代化研究方法进行了展望。
Sublingual vein diagnosis is a unique traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)diagnostic method and an essential aspect of TCM clinical diagnosis.It can serve as an important objective basis for the early warning of chronic atrophic gastritis,the determination of etiology and pathogenesis,the assessment of disease severity,the guidance of clinical treatment,and the prognosis of the disease.Based on the relevant literature on sublingual veins,this article summarizes the clinical application of sublingual vein diagnosis in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,with the aim of better guiding the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and providing a perspective on modern research methods.
