学前教育教师继续教育混合式教学模式创新研究

摘要 数字化背景下,混合式教学模式逐渐成为当前教学的新常态。学前教育教师继续教育混合式教学存在教学内容适配性差、忽视学习者需求差异、技术赋能浅表化等问题,提出构建智能分层教学模型、建立个性化资源精准供给机制、创新数字化教学模式等创新路径,以期推动教师继续教育混合式教学高质量发展。 In the context of digital transformation,the blended teaching model has gradually become the new norm in the current teaching.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the blended teaching model in con⁃tinuing education for preschool education teachers such as poor adaptability of teaching content,the neglect of different demands between learners,and superficial technological empowerment.Therefore,it proposes innova⁃tive paths such as constructing an intelligent layered teaching model,establishing a precise resource supply mechanism for personalized learning,and innovating digital teaching models to promote the high-quality develop⁃ment of the blended teaching in continuing education for preschool education teachers.
