摘要
随着新媒体技术的迅猛演进,公共图书馆在地方文化资源推广与传承中的战略价值愈加凸显。然而,资源整合机制分散、技术应用停留表层、代际参与割裂等现实瓶颈,制约了地方文化的可持续传播与创新演绎。基于此,构建全域数字化治理框架、深化技术驱动文化再生产路径与多层次代际融合策略,为公共图书馆在新媒体环境下实现地方文化资源的高效传承奠定理论和实践基础。
With the rapid development of new media technologies,the strategic value of public libraries in promoting and inheriting local cultural resources has become increasingly prominent.However,the practical bottlenecks such as decentralized resource integration mechanisms,superficial application of technologies,and disconnection of intergenerational participation,have hindered the sustainable dissemination and innovative reinterpretation of local culture.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive digital governance framework,deepen pathways for technology-driven cultural reproduction,and implement multi-level intergenerational integration strategies,which lays the theoretical and practical foundation for public libraries to effectively inherit local cultural resources in the era of new media.
