摘要
梳理人工智能技术在智慧养老中的应用现状、多维服务新生态模式的构建路径以及潜在的伦理与社会问题,发现人工智能技术为智慧养老带来显著机遇的同时也遭遇多种挑战,提出针对性的政策建议与优化策略,推动智慧养老服务的可持续发展。
This paper sorts out the current situation of the applications of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies in smart elderly care,the pathways for constructing multi-dimensional service ecosystem models,and the potential ethical and social issues involved.It is found that AI technologies brings not only significant opportunities,but also lots of challenges to smart elderly care.Therefore,it puts forward targeted policy recommendations and optimization strategies to promote the sustainable development of smart elderly care services.
