井下巷道安全掘进工艺技术分析

摘要 为了解决山西某煤矿井下极薄层间距等复杂条件下巷道掘进效率低、危险性高的难题,总结了一种井下巷道安全掘进工艺技术。通过卧底加大层间距、马丽散“先注后掘”、支护结构优化、掘进方案优化等实现了在极薄煤层条件下的安全掘进。实际应用表明,该安全掘进工艺技术能够实现复杂地质条件下的“零事故”掘进,适用于危险、复杂条件下的巷道掘进,对类似条件下的安全掘进具有较大的指导和借鉴意义。 To address the challenges of low efficiency and high risk in roadway excavation under complex conditions such as ultra-thin layer spacing in the underground of coal mine in Shanxi,a safe mining process technology for underground roadways has been summarized.It has been realized that safe mining can be achieved under ultra-thin coal seam conditions through measures such as undercutting to increase layer spacing,pre-grouting and then mining with Malisan,optimization of roadway support structures,and optimization of excavation schemes.Practical applications demonstrate that this safe mining process technology enables"zero-accident"excavation under complex geological conditions,is applicable to roadway excavation in hazardous and complex conditions,and offers significant guidance and reference for safe mining under similar conditions.
