原儿茶酸强化Fenton体系降解活性黑5染料废水

Degradation of reactive black 5 dye wastewater by protocatechuic acid enhanced Fenton system

摘要 为了减少传统Fenton体系中Fe(Ⅱ)的投加量、提高H_(2)O_(2)的利用率,选择添加原儿茶酸(PCA)实现Fenton体系中的铁循环。以活性黑5(RB5)为目标污染物,在最佳反应条件为[H_(2)O_(2)]_(0)=2 mmol/L、[Fe(Ⅱ)]_(0)=0.1 mmol/L、[PCA]_(0)=0.1 mmol/L、pH=7的条件下,RB5在20 min内降解率可达96%。监测RB5降解过程中总铁(TFe)和Fe(Ⅱ)浓度的变化,证明了PCA除了作为络合剂提高溶液中Fe离子的溶解度,也可作为还原剂促进体系中的Fe循环。电子顺磁共振(EPR)图谱和淬灭实验证实羟基自由基(·OH)是体系中起主要作用的活性氧物质。共存离子实验显示,SO_(4)^(2-)的存在对RB5降解无影响。对常见的污染物降解实验表明,Fe(Ⅱ)/PCA/H_(2)O_(2)体系普适性较好。 To reduce Fe(Ⅱ)dosage and improve H_(2)O_(2)utilization rate in the traditional Fenton system,protocatechuic acid(PCA)is added to achieve iron recycling in the Fenton system.Taking reactive black 5(RB5)as the target pollutant,its degradation rate reaches 96%within 20 minutes under the optimal reaction conditions that[H_(2)O_(2)]_(0)=2 mmol/L,[Fe(Ⅱ)]_(0)=0.1 mmol/L,[PCA]_(0)=0.1 mmol/L,and pH=7.Through monitoring the changes in total iron(TFe)and Fe(Ⅱ)concentrations during RB5 degradation process,it is demonstrated that PCA,in addition to acting as a complexing agent to increase the solubility of Fe ions in the solution,also acts as a reducing agent to promote Fe recycling in the system.It is verified by electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)spectroscopy and quenching experiments that hydroxyl radicals(.OH)are the primary active oxygen species in the system.Coexisting ion experiments reveal that the presence of SO_(4)^(2-)has no impact on RB5 degradation.Experiments on the degradation of common pollutants show that Fe(Ⅱ)/PCA/H_(2)O_(2)system has good universality.
