摘要
冷应激是制约北方寒冷地区畜牧养殖业发展的重要因素之一,长期处于低温环境会严重危害动物的生理健康和生产性能,极端情况下会导致动物死亡。动物在寒冷环境中会通过增加采食量来维持能量平衡,而能量平衡是摄食行为、能量消耗与脂肪组织能量储存相互作用的结果。本文从下丘脑神经元、瘦素变化水平、脂肪酸和瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)4个方面综述了冷应激如何通过能量稳态影响动物采食,旨在深入理解冷应激对动物采食的影响机制,并为今后的相关研究提供参考。
Cold stress is one of the important factors that restrict the development of the livestock industry in northern cold regions.Prolonged exposure to low-temperature environments can seriously harm the physiological health and production performance of animals,and in extreme cases,it can even lead to death.In cold environments,animals increase their feed intake to maintain energy balance,which results from the interaction between feeding behavior,energy expenditure,and the energy storage in adipose tissues.This article reviews the relevant research on how cold stress affects animal feeding through energy homeostasis from four aspects:hypothalamic neurons,changes in leptin levels,fatty acids,and volatile fatty acids(VFA)in the rumen.The aim is to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms by which cold stress influences animal feeding and to provide a reference for future related studies.
