摘要
中国钛资源主要来源于钛铁矿和金红石,准确量化金红石钛的含量,有助于资源评价与矿石品位的精确判定。本文引用氟化钠和盐酸混合筛选出金红石钛,氢氧化钠-过氧化钠碱溶,水浸盐酸酸化,采用电感耦合等离子体光谱(ICP-OES)测定锆钛砂中的金红石钛含量。实验中通过优化氟化钠用量、水浴时间、碱熔时间使试样分解完全,通过选择合适的提取方式及分析谱线保证测定金红石钛含量的稳定性,结果准确可靠。本方法检出限为0.0051%,定量限0.017%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.59%~4.72%,加标回收率为98.2%~103%。为快速、高效地测定金红石钛提供了一种技术手段。
China's titanium resources mainly come from ilmenite and rutile.Accurate quantification of the rutile titanium content is beneficial to resource evaluation and precise determination of the ore grade.In this paper,rutile titanium is screened out by using a mixture of sodium fluoride and hydrochloric acid.Then,the sample is dissolved with a mixture of sodium hydroxide and sodium peroxide in an alkaline environment,followed by water leaching and acidification with hydrochloric acid.The content of rutile titanium in zirconium-titanium sand is determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES).During the experiment,the sample is completely decomposed through optimizing the dosage of sodium fluoride,the water bath time,and the alkaline dissolution time.The stability of the determination of the rutile titanium content is ensured by selecting appropriate extraction methods and analytical spectral lines,and the results are accurate and reliable.The detection limit of this method is 0.0051%,the quantification limit is 0.017%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)is between 2.59%and 4.72%,and the spiked recovery rate is between 98.2%and 103%.This provides a technical means for the rapid and efficient determination of rutile titanium.
