基于复合光源+mark设计的PC屏幕工艺优化

摘要 近10余年来,中国电子工业进入了大规模发展的阶段,中国电子产品快速占领市场,国内的组装加工工厂也越来越多,但主要以人力组装为主,传统的依靠人工和治具组装存在产品质量差、生产效率低、生产成本高、操作者劳动强度较大等问题。因此,传统手工装配已不能满足电脑屏幕组装的需求,建立自动化、柔性化的组装生产工艺成为解决以上问题的途径。为此,提出通过复合光源+mark孔设计的PC屏幕工艺优化方式;通过优化传统设备,提出高质量、高效率的生产工艺,解决了物料波动性带来的产品组装良率低等问题。该工艺降低了破屏率,提高了生产效率,降低了人工成本,提高了生产管理水平,并降低了物料的一致性要求。 Since 2010,the Chinese electronic market has entered a stage of large-scale development,and Chinese electronic products have rapidly occupied the market.There are also more and more domestic assembly and processing factories,but at this time,manual assembly is mainly used.With the younger and more mobile operators,high personnel costs,and fast product updates,traditional assembly relying on manual labor and fixtures mainly has the following problems:poor product quality,low production efficiency,and high production costs The operator has high labor intensity,etc.Therefore,traditional manual assembly can no longer meet the needs of computer screen assembly,and establishing automated and flexible assembly production processes has become a way to solve the above problems.This article optimizes the traditional equipment assembly yield problem through a combination of composite light sources and mark point design optimization,proposes a high-quality and efficient production process,and solves the contradiction of low product assembly yield caused by material fluctuations.This process reduces screen breakage rate,improves production efficiency,reduces labor costs,improves production management level,and lowers material consistency requirements.
