摘要
建立了某航空发动机附件机匣喷嘴的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析,求解出其前7阶固有频率,通过与最大激励源的工作频率作对比,得出喷嘴易产生共振的结论。为了优化喷嘴的振动特性,提出了两种改进方案,并分别对两种方案进行了模态分析,结果表明两种方案都能改善振动特性,“斜喷嘴”方案同时具有重量轻、体积小、结构简单的优点,且可以避开最大激励源的工作频率,更符合设计要求。为了分析喷嘴流量,利用Flowmaster软件对原喷嘴和改进的喷嘴进行了流量仿真,发现改进后的喷嘴流量仅变化0.7%,对润滑系统其他喷嘴影响很小。
This paper establishes and analyzes the structure of the nozzle of a aeroengine accessory gearbox,and,modal analyses are done to calculate the first 7 inherent frequencies.By the comparison between the results and the working frequencies of the main excitation source,a conclusion can be drawn that the nozzle is sensitive to resonance.So,two new designs are proposed and modal analysis are executed to optimize the vibration character of the nozzle.The results show that both designs are workable,but the“leaning nozzle”stands out by lighter,smaller and simpler structure,most importantly,avoiding the working frequencies of the main excitation source.So,obviously,it’s more suitable.In order to know the nozzle flow rates,they are calculated by Flowmaster.The improved nozzle has only 0.7%flow rate alteration compared to the original one,thus it has little affection to other nozzles of the lubricating system.
