摘要
文章系统总结张晓春教授辨治子宫内膜癌(endometrial cancer,EC)之经验,认为肝郁脾虚、肾虚失养是子宫内膜癌形成的始动环节,冲任失调、湿热瘀毒为子宫内膜癌致病的关键病机,癌毒传舍、经络流注为子宫内膜癌的转移阶段。治疗上提倡扶正祛邪,扶正以疏肝健脾、补肾培元、调和冲任为主,祛邪以化瘀利湿、抗癌解毒为主,并注重随症加减,灵活制方。附验案2则以资佐证。
This paper systematically outlines Professor Zhang Xiaochun’s experience in differentiating and treating endometrial cancer(EC).It identifies liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and kidney deficiency with inadequate nourishment as the initiating factors in the development of endometrial cancer.The disharmony between the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel,coupled with damp-heat and stasis-toxin,constitute the core pathological mechanisms of the disease.The metastatic stage involves the spread of cancer toxins through the meridians and collaterals.Treatment prioritizes reinforcing the healthy qi and eliminating pathogenic factors.Reinforcement focuses on soothing liver and strengthening spleen,nourishing kidney and consolidating the body’s foundation,and harmonizing the Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel.At the same time,pathogens elimination emphasizes resolving blood stasis and eliminating dampness,and resisting cancer and detoxifying.Treatment approaches are flexibly adjusted based on individual symptoms.Two proven cases are attached for verification.
