摘要
低空经济通过提升农业全要素生产率、加速产业链条延伸、拓展特色产业发展空间和优化农村新型生产关系四个方面赋能乡村产业振兴。当前,低空经济存在人才供给不足、基础设施滞后、政策支持薄弱与制度规范缺失等现实挑战,亟须通过健全人才培养体系、优化基础设施布局、完善政策扶持框架和强化法治保障等措施,提升低空经济赋能乡村产业振兴的能力与可持续性。
Low-altitude economy empowers rural industrial revitalization through four aspects:im‐proving agricultural total factor productivity,accelerating industrial chain extension,expanding the devel‐opment space for characteristic industries,and optimizing the new rural production relations.However,there are practical challenges such as insufficient talent supply,backward infrastructure,weak policy sup‐port,and lack of institutional norms.It is urgent to enhance the capacity and sustainability of the low-altitude economy in empowering rural industrial revitalization by improving the talent cultivation system,optimizing infrastructure layout,refining policy support frameworks,and strengthening legal safeguards.
