摘要
电化学储能是新型电力系统的关键组成部分,在项目投资与设计初期,优化其系统配置并最大化项目收益至关重要。本文聚焦工商业储能项目的峰谷套利模式,解析其收益构成,提出一种储能系统配置与充放电策略的优化方法,以最大化负荷侧削峰填谷效益。通过构建数学模型及案例数据分析,确定了某工业园区的最优配置方案。所提方案在满足项目约束条件下,可实现最高内部收益率与最短投资回收期。
Electrochemical energy storage is a crucial component of new power systems.At the beginning of project investment and design,Optimizing system configuration and maximizing project benefits are significant.This paper focuses on profit model of the peak-valley arbitrage in industrial and commercial energy storage projects.By analyzing the revenue components of such systems,we propose a optimization method for energy storage system configuration and charging/discharging strategies to maximize the peak-shaving and valley-filling benefits on the power load.By developing mathematical models and analyzing case study data,the optimal configuration scheme for an industrial park was given,which can guarantee the highest internal rate of return and the shortest investment payback period while satisfying project constraints.
