摘要
随着新高炉和电动鼓风机的建成投产,原有的两套拨风系统已不能满足高炉安全生产的需求,通过对现有4台风机3台高炉的拨风系统及新电动鼓风机纳入后的各运行方式进行研究和分析,制定新的5台风机4台高炉的拨风系统技术方案。该方案通过原拨风系统优化升级改造并与新拨风系统相融合,合理进行硬件调整配置和逻辑功能的完善强化,统筹规划拨风功能,实现了原拨风控制系统与新建拨风控制系统不能实现统筹管理控制1号、2号、7号高炉和新建3号高炉的拨风设备,同时消除原拨风系统运行迟缓、间接出现通讯故障和系统无法启动等问题。
With the completion and operation of the new blast furnace and electric blower,the original two sets of air distribution systems can no longer meet the safety production needs of the blast furnace.Through research and analysis of the air distribution systems of the existing 4 fans and 3 blast furnaces,as well as the various operating modes of the new electric blower,a new technical plan for the air distribution systems of 5 fans and 4 blast furnaces has been developed.This plan optimizes,upgrades,and integrates the original air distribution system with the new air distribution system,reasonably adjusts hardware configuration and improves logical functions,and comprehensively plans the air distribution function.It realizes the inability of the original air distribution control system and the new air distribution control system to achieve coordinated management and control of the air distribution equipment of No.1,No.2,and No.7 blast furnaces and the new No.3 blast furnace.At the same time,it eliminates problems such as slow operation of the original air distribution system,indirect communication failures,and system failure to start.
