重载铁路轨道大机捣固月度维修计划经济决策方法

Economic Decision⁃making Method for Monthly Maintenance Plan of Track Large Machinery Tamping of Heavy Haul Railway

摘要 为了提高大机捣固计划的科学性和经济性,基于大量的轨道历史检测数据开展科学评估,提出大机捣固维修指数和捣固模式经济指标,建立了基于经济性的大机捣固月度作业计划维修决策模型。该模型以捣固后轨道质量指数和维修成本的组合函数值最小为目标,以线路台账、大机作业能力、不同捣固模式作业效果、轨道质量管理标准等因素为约束条件,实现最佳捣固区段和捣固模式的优化求解,并将本文模型应用于某重载铁路站间区段进行验证。结果表明:本文模型与计算方法可制订出符合工务现场作业特点的重载铁路大机捣固月度作业计划,为降低重载铁路的捣固成本和提高大机作业效能提供依据。 In order to improve the scientific nature and economy of the plan for large machine tamping,a scientific evaluation was carried out based on a large amount of historical track detection data.The maintenance index and economic indicators of the tamping mode for large machine tamping were proposed,and an economic based monthly operation plan maintenance decision-making model for large machine tamping was established.The model aims to minimize the combination function value of track quality index and maintenance cost after tamping,and takes factors such as line ledger,large machine operation capacity,operation effects of different tamping mode,and track quality management standards as constraints to achieve the optimal tamping section and tamping mode optimization solution.The model in this paper was applied to a heavy haul railway station section for verification.The results show that the model and calculation method can develop a monthly operation plan for heavy haul railway large machinery tamping that is in line with the characteristics of engineering field operations,providing a basis for reducing the tamping cost of heavy haul railways and improving the efficiency of large machinery operations.
