随着大数据技术的持续演进和应用领域的日益扩大,新质生产力的发展对技能人才的专业素养提出了更高的要求。本文深入探讨了新质生产力对技能人才的具体需求及其内在逻辑,详细分析了新质生产力高质量发展所需要的因素,从创新职业教育发展模式、优化专业结构布局、提升教师教科研水平、深化校企合作等方面入手,提出了提升人才培养整体质量,确保人才供给能够充分满足社会对新质生产力的迫切需求的有效途径。
With the continuous advancement of big data technology and the expanding scope of application,the development of new-quality productive forces has imposed increasingly high requirements on the professional competencies of skilled personnel.This research conducts an in-depth exploration into the specific demands of new-quality productive forces for skilled personnel and their intrinsic logic.It conducts a detailed analysis of the factors necessary for the high-quality development of new-quality productive forces,.By commencing from areas such as innovating the development mode of vocational education,optimizing the layout of professional structures,enhancing the teaching and research capabilities of teachers,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation,effective approaches have been proposed to enhance the overall quality of talent cultivation and ensure that the supply of talents can fully meet the society's urgent demand for new-quality productive forces.
