文章探讨了汽轮机组TSI系统转速监控点的调试方法及故障处理对策。TSI系统作为汽轮机组安全运行的重要保障,能够实时监测转速、键相位、轴向位移、振动等参数,确保机组运行在安全范围内。文章介绍了TSI系统的概念、功能模块及其测量原理,重点分析了转速监控点的选择、布置及传感器的安装与校准。通过自动化技术的应用,TSI系统能够高效采集和分析海量数据,提升调试效率和故障检测能力。针对转速监控点的常见故障,提出了自动化故障检测与报警系统,结合机器学习和大数据技术,可实时识别异常并触发预警。研究旨在为汽轮机组的安全运行和维护提供一定的技术参考。
This article explores the debugging methods and fault handling strategies for the speed monitoring points of the TSI system in steam turbine units.As an important guarantee for the safe operation of steam turbine units,TSI system can monitor parameters such as speed,key phase,axial displacement,vibration,etc.in real time to ensure that the unit operates within a safe range.This article first introduces the concept,functional modules,and measurement principles of TSI system,with a focus on analyzing the selection,layout,installation,and calibration of speed monitoring points and sensors.Through the application of automation technology,TSI system can efficiently collect and analyze massive data,improve debugging efficiency and fault detection capabilities.This article proposes an automated fault detection and alarm system for common faults in speed monitoring points,which combines machine learning and big data technology to identify anomalies in real time and trigger warnings.This article aims to provide technical references for the safe operation and maintenance of steam turbine units.
