摘要
在临床超声诊断检查工作中,彩超是非常关键的检测设备,能够为医生诊断提供准确的信息,使医生详细掌握患者病情,提升诊断的精确性。彩超设备在使用的过程中,受到各种因素的影响,可能出现设备故障、运行异常等问题。包括电源电压不稳定、操作不规范等影响因素。本文阐述了彩超设备常见的故障问题,包括黑屏、设备无响应、数据流无法选取、设备死机、软件故障等,分析这些故障的发生原因,并根据故障原因提出了排除手段。以飞利浦EPIQ5彩超设备为例,针对实际应用中的故障问题进行分析,提出了具体的检测方式与维修措施。在故障检修的同时,做好维护保养也十分重要,所以结合实际制定了日常维护与保养的方案。
In clinical ultrasound diagnostic work,color ultrasound is a crucial detection equipment that can provide accurate information for doctors to diagnose,enabling them to have a detailed understanding of the patient’s condition and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.During the use of ultrasound equipment,various factors may affect it,leading to equipment malfunctions,abnormal operation,and other issues.Including factors such as unstable power supply voltage and nonstandard operation.This article elaborates on common malfunctions of ultrasound equipment,including black screen,unresponsive device,inability to select data stream,device crashes,software failures,etc.It analyzes the causes of these malfunctions and proposes troubleshooting methods based on the causes of the malfunctions.Taking Philips EPIQ5 color ultrasound equipment as an example,this paper analyzes the fault problems in practical applications and proposes specific detection methods and maintenance measures.At the same time as troubleshooting,it is also very important to do a good job in maintenance,so a daily maintenance and upkeep plan has been developed based on actual situations.
