摘要
目的:观察间歇蓝光照射仪照射疗法对高胆红素血症新生儿的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析本院2023年1月~2024年6月收治明确诊断高胆红素血症新生儿共88例,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组患儿44例给予持续蓝光照射疗法,观察组44例患儿给予间歇蓝光照射疗效,比较两组临床疗效,并比较治疗前及治疗后两组血清总胆红素、间接胆红素水平变化情况,同时比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清总胆红素(TBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)均较治疗前有所下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:间歇蓝光照射仪照射疗法对新生儿高胆红素血症具有确切的疗效,能够显著降低黄疸指数、胆红素水平,且可降低不良反应发生率。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of intermittent blue light irradiation therapy on neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 88 newborns with confirmed diagnosis of hyperbilirubinemia admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to June 2024.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 44 cases in each group.44 children in the control group were given continuous blue light irradiation therapy,while 44 children in the observation group were given intermittent blue light irradiation therapy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the changes in serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels before and after treatment were compared.At the same time,the occurrence of adverse reactions was also compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the total bilirubin(TBIL)and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)in both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent blue light irradiation therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,significantly reducing jaundice index and bilirubin levels,and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.
