摘要
目的:分析在实施儿童支气管哮喘(BA)规范化管理的过程中肺功能检查的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月~2024年5月本院收治的BA患儿62例,将接受儿童BA治疗但未实施规范化管理前作为对比组,接受规范化管理6个月后作为观察组,对比分析儿童治疗前后的肺功能参数、满意度、哮喘控制情况。结果:观察组患儿第一秒用力呼气量、最高呼气流量、最大呼气中段流量均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿哮喘控制率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在为BA患儿实施规范化管理的过程中,实施肺功能检查是非常重要的,可以更好地了解患儿病情变化,并及时实现管理方案的调整,提高满意度,控制哮喘症状,促进患儿的更好治疗以及预后改善。
Objective:Analyze the application effect of lung function examination in the process of implementing standardized management of bronchial asthma(BA)in children.Methods:The inclusion period of the research subjects in this experiment was from July 2019 to May 2024,62 children who received pediatric BA treatment in the hospital during this period were selected as the research subjects.The control group received pediatric BA treatment but before standardized management was implemented,and the observation group received standardized management for 6 months.The lung function parameters,satisfaction,and asthma control of children before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The forced expiratory volume in the first second,peak expiratory flow rate and maximal mid-expiratory flow rate of the children in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The asthma control rate of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of implementing standardized management for children with BA,it is very important to conduct pulmonary function tests to better understand changes in the child’s condition,adjust management plans in a timely manner,improve satisfaction,control asthma symptoms,promote better treatment and prognosis improvement for the child.
