摘要
目的:探讨分析冷刀宫腔镜左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUG)宫内缝合固定术的临床疗效研究。方法:抽选2021年1月~2022年1月子宫内已置入左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的36例子宫腺肌病患者,以随机数字表法划分为对照组与观察组,均分为各18例,分别采取宫腔镜电切术治疗、冷刀宫腔镜LNG-IUG宫内缝合固定术治疗;对最终结果比较分析。结果:两组患者月经失血评估图(PBAC)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分治疗前无差异(P<0.05);治疗后1、3和6个月两组患者痛经较术前明显缓解或消失,其中评分相对更低的为观察组(P<0.05);两组患者VAS评分与治疗前相比均明显降低,VAS评分相对更低的为观察组(P<0.05)。并发症发生率观察组11.11%低于对照组44.44%(P<0.05)。结论:临床上为子宫腺肌病患者提供冷刀宫腔镜左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统宫内缝合固定术治疗,能够有效改善患者临床症状,操作安全性较高,便捷可行。
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of cold knife hysteroscopic levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system(LNG-IUG)intrauterine suture and fixation.Methods:36 patients with adenomyosis who had been treated with levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system implanted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 18 cases in each group.They were treated with hysteroscopic electroresection and cold knife hysteroscopic LNG-IUG intrauterine suture and fixation respectively.Compare and analyze the final results.Results:There was no difference in PBAC and VAS scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P<0.05);At 1,3 and 6 months after treatment,dysmenorrhea in both groups was significantly relieved or disappeared compared with that before the operation.Among them,the observation group had a relatively lower score(P<0.05).The VAS scores of both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment.The observation group had a relatively lower VAS score(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 11.11%in the observation group,which was lower than 44.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing cold-knife hysteroscopic levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained-release system intrauterine suture and fixation for patients with adenomyosis in clinical practice can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,has high operational safety,and is convenient and feasible.
