摘要
为了探究肉牛产业集聚对肉牛养殖生态效率的影响,研究基于2010—2022年我国6个肉牛优势养殖区(包括农区河北省、河南省、黑龙江省及牧区宁夏回族自治区、陕西省和新疆维吾尔自治区)的面板数据,运用区位熵法和超效率EBM(epsilon-based measure)模型分别测算肉牛产业集聚程度与肉牛养殖生态效率,采用Tobit模型实证分析产业集聚对肉牛养殖生态效率的影响及其作用机制。结果表明:肉牛养殖生态效率在产业发展初期会随着集聚程度的提高而有所下降,在后期则随着产业集聚程度的加深而不断提升,产业集聚与肉牛养殖生态效率之间呈现正“U”型关系,拐点值为1.854;肉牛产业集聚可通过粪污综合利用率的间接作用影响肉牛养殖生态效率,肉牛产业集聚与肉牛养殖生态效率之间存在中介效应;环境规制、反刍饲料占比、市场潜力及畜均耕地面积对肉牛养殖生态效率具有显著影响;在通过替换解释变量进行稳健性检验,并采用工具变量法控制潜在内生性问题后,上述结论依旧成立。鉴于此,笔者提出促进肉牛养殖业低碳集聚,强化环境规制、精准施策,提升粪污资源利用程度等对策建议。
In order to explore the impact of beef cattle industry agglomeration on the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding,this study was based on the panel data of six advantageous beef cattle breeding areas in China from 2010 to 2022(including the agricultural areas of Hebei Province,Henan Province,and Heilongjiang Province,as well as the pastoral areas of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,Shaanxi Province,and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region).The location entropy method and the super epsilon-based measure(EBM)model were used to calculate the degree of beef cattle industry agglomeration and the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding respectively.The Tobit model was adopted to empirically analyze the impact of industry agglomeration on the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding and its mechanism of action.The results showed that in the initial stage of industrial development,the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding would decline to some extent with the increase of the agglomeration degree,while in the later stage,it would continuously increase with the deepening of the industrial agglomeration degree.There was a positive“U”-shaped relationship between industrial agglomeration and the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding,and the inflection point value was 1.854.The agglomeration of the beef cattle industry could affect the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding through indirect effect of the comprehensive utilization rate of fecal and sewage.There was a mediating effect between the agglomeration of the beef cattle industry and the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding.Among the control variables,environmental regulation,the proportion of ruminant feed,market potential,and the cultivated land area per livestock had a significant impact on the ecological efficiency of beef cattle breeding.After conducting a robustness test by replacing the explanatory variables and using the instrumental variable method to control potential endogeneity problems,the above conclusions still held.In view of this,the author put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as promoting low-carbon agglomeration in the beef cattle breeding industry,strengthening environmental regulations and implementing precise policies,and enhancing the utilization rate of manure and sewage resources.
