摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜肝门胆管癌根治术(LRRHC)治疗肝门胆管癌的可行性、安全性和中西医结合治疗的应用价值。方法:选取2019年6月—2023年6月沧州市人民医院肝胆胰微创外科收治的20例肝门胆管癌患者,均行LRRHC治疗,术后给予针刺和中药大柴胡汤治疗。分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果:本组20例患者中男性12例,女性8例;年龄50~77岁,平均年龄(64.15±8.42)岁;平均手术时间(312±21)min,平均术中出血量(298±36)mL;患者术后平均住院天数(10.7±2.8)d;术后发生并发症6例;无围手术期死亡患者。结论:LRRHC治疗肝门胆管癌是安全的、可行的,中西医结合快速康复理念在LRRHC的实施中具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To summarize the experience of laparoscopic radical resection for hilar cholangiocarcinoma,and preliminarily investigate the feasibility and safety of the laparoscopic radical resection for hilar cholangiocarcinoma and the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical datas of patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection for hilar cholangiocarcinoma in the Department Liver and Gallbladder Surgery of Cangzhou People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023.Results All 20 patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection for hilar cholangiocarcinoma,including 12 males and 8 females,and the average age was(64.15±8.42)years.The average operation time was(312±21)min,the average intraoperative bleeding volume was(298±36)mL,the average postoperative stay of patients was(10.7±2.8)days.There were 6 cases of postoperative complications and no perioperative deaths.Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma has been preliminarily confirmed to be safe and feasible,and the concept of rapid rehabilitation combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine has clinical significance in the implementation of LRRHC.
