摘要
湛江文化中心主要由三座单体塔楼、两座连体平台和造型钢屋盖组成。结合建筑外形设计,连体结构主要由两侧支承于基础上的不共面弧形钢管混凝土柱和标高22~24m的观景钢平台组成,上述构件形成跨度约40~60m的大跨拱形受力体系。连体结构的设计重难点主要为确保其在地震作用下的协调能力和对竖向荷载的承载能力。针对连体结构的协调能力,分别对结构整体和分离单塔进行抗震性能分析和对比;针对连体结构的竖向承载能力,分别进行变形、承载力、楼板应力、行走舒适度、复杂节点有限元分析等专项分析。结果表明,连体结构设计以竖向荷载作为其主要控制作用,采取相应加强措施后,确保了连体有效传力,结构整体安全可靠,满足抗震性能目标、承载能力和正常使用要求。
Zhanjiang Cultural Complex consists of three individual towers,two connecting platforms and a conformal steel roof structure.In alignment with the architectural design,the connecting structure mainly comprises non⁃coplanar arched concrete⁃filled steel tube columns supported by the basement and the scenic steel platforms at the elevation of 22 to 24m.The above elements form the large⁃span arch⁃shaped load⁃carrying system with span of about 40m to 60m.The key challenges in the connecting structure design are ensuring the coordination capability under seismic action and the load⁃carrying capacity under vertical loads.Regarding the coordination capability of the connecting structure,seismic performance analysis of the entire structure and separated tower⁃structures were carried out respectively and taken into comparison.For the vertical load⁃carrying capacity for the connecting structure,specialized analyses were conducted,including deflection,load⁃carrying capacity,slab element stress,comfort under walking excitation and finite element analysis for the complicated joints.The results show that the vertical loads are the controlling factor for the connecting structure design.Strengthening measures were implemented to ensure effective force⁃transmission through the connecting structure,guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the structure,meeting the requirements of the performance⁃based seismic design and fulfilling the load⁃carrying capacity and serviceability criteria.
