摘要
以4474 kW全回转拖船为研究对象,采用理论方法和有限元方法分别计算该船轴系回旋振动,并将2种方法的计算结果进行了对比分析。对比结果表明:理论方法和有限元方法计算全回转舵桨推进轴系回旋振动的误差在10%以内;推荐以理论方法进行全回转舵桨推进轴系回旋振动计算并送审;该方法操作简单,精度高,具有很高的推广应用价值。
Taking the 4474 kW fully revolving tugboat as the research object,theoretical methods and finite element methods are used to calculate the rotational vibration of the ship's shaft system,and the calculation results of the two methods are compared and analyzed.The comparison results show that the error between the theoretical method and the finite element method in calculating the rotational vibration of the fully rotating rudder propeller propulsion shaft system is within 10%.Recommend using theoretical methods to calculate the rotational vibration of the fully rotating rudder propeller propulsion shaft system and submit it for review.This method is easy to operate,has high accuracy,and has high promotion and application value.
