摘要
实践育人是高校思想政治教育工作的重要抓手,构建完善的实践育人成效评价机制是高校育人体系的重要环节。研究立足高校“大思政课”实践育人工作,引入全生命周期管理理念与元评价理论,构建“一个闭环、两个周期、三个主体”的高校实践育人成效全生命周期元评价体系。在构建基于CIPP—AHP—熵权法的基础评价体系后,进一步设计了涵盖实用性、可行性、适当性与准确性四维度的元评价指标体系,并通过问卷调查与统计方法对其信度与效度进行验证,确保体系结构的科学性与实用性。研究结果表明,该元评价体系能够有效整合内部反馈与外部监督,构建动态优化与多元协同的育人质量保障机制。研究在理论上拓展了元评价在高校思想政治教育领域的应用维度,在实践上为高校构建常态化、闭环式、可持续的实践育人成效评价体系提供了可行路径。
Practical education is an important approach in ideological and political education in universities.Establishing a complete evaluation mechanism for the effectiveness of practical education is a crucial part of the university's education system.This research focuses on the practical education work of the"Great Ideological and Political Courses"in universities,introducing the concept of full life cycle management and meta-evaluation theory to construct a meta-evaluation system for the effectiveness of practical education in colleges and universities,which consists of"one closed loop,two cycles,and three subjects".After establishing a basic evaluation system based on the CIPP-AHP-entropy weight method,a meta-evaluation index system covering four dimensions:practicality,feasibility,appropriateness,and accuracy,is further designed.The reliability and validity of the system are verified through questionnaire surveys and statistical methods to ensure the scientificity and practicality of the system structure.The research results show that this meta-evaluation system can effectively integrate internal feedback and external supervision,and build a dynamic optimization and multi-party collaborative quality assurance mechanism for education.This paper theoretically expands the application dimension of meta-evaluation in the field of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and practically provides a feasible path for colleges and universities to build a regular,closed-loop,and sustainable evaluation system for the effectiveness of education.
