本研究从石油化工储运系统罐区配管的基础概述出发,首先明确了罐区配管设计需要考虑的危险级别划分,阐述了储罐布置与防火堤配置的原则和方法,探讨了罐区配管设计的关键要点,包括储罐管口的选择与配置、储罐配管的布局与优化策略,着重分析了罐区泵的布置与配管设计,提出了科学合理的泵布置方案及配管策略。研究旨在为石化储运系统罐区配管设计提供全面、实用的指导,促进石化企业的安全、稳定与可持续发展。
This study begins with a fundamental overview of piping design in tank farms of petrochemical storage and transportation systems.It first clarifies the hazard classification that must be considered in tank farm piping design and elaborates on the principles and methods for tank arrangement and fire dike configuration.The study further delves into key points of tank farm piping design,including the selection and configuration of tank nozzles,as well as the layout and optimization strategies for tank piping.Special emphasis is placed on the arrangement and piping design of pumps in tank farms,proposing scientifically sound pump layout schemes and piping strategies to enhance material transportation efficiency and system stability.The findings of this research aim to provide comprehensive and practical guidance for the piping design of tank farms in petrochemical storage and transportation systems,thereby promoting the safety,stability,and sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises.
