马铃薯原原种雾培自动控制系统设计

摘要 为解决马铃薯原原种气雾栽培自动化程度低的问题,以多传感器(EC电导率传感器、水位传感器、温度传感器等)实时监测数据为基础,设计基于可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable logic controller,PLC)的雾培自动控制系统,实现对营养液浓度、雾化周期及温室环境的精准调控,解决传统雾培法存在的营养失衡问题。测试表明,该系统可将营养液参数波动范围控制在10%以内。与传统方法相比,该系统的应用可将马铃薯原原种单株结薯数从26.35粒增加到35.58粒,增产35%;单粒生产成本从0.438元降到0.241元,降本45%,为马铃薯种薯工厂化生产提供了技术支撑。 An aeroponics automatic control system based on Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)was designed to realize the precise control of nutrient solution concentration,atomization cycle and greenhouse environment,and solve the problem of nutrient imbalance in traditional aeroponics based on the real-time monitoring data of multi-sensor(EC conductivity sensor,water level sensor,temperature sensor,etc.),in order to solve the problem of low automation in aeroponic potato minituber production.The test showed that the system could control the fluctuation range of nutrient solution parameters within 10%.Compared with the traditional method,the application of this system increased minituber number per plant from 26.35 to 35.58,and increased yield by 35%.The production cost of a minituber decreased from 0.438 Yuan to 0.241 Yuan,and the cost decreased by 45%,which could provide technical support for the factory production of potato seed.
