Caroli病合并左肝内胆管结石一例

摘要 Caroli病(Caroli disease)是一种先天性肝内胆管疾病,其特征为肝内胆管非梗阻性节段性囊性扩张,该病由Caroli等[1]在1958年首次提出。Caroli病发病率较低,文献中报道的病例较少,容易误诊及漏诊。现将我院收治的一例Caroli病合并左肝内胆管结石患者的诊治经过总结报道如下。
