摘要
目的:了解南京市秦淮区医疗机构消毒灭菌效果,为提高医院感染控制工作质量提供依据。方法:依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982—2012)、《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)对2020—2024年南京市秦淮区医疗机构空气、医护人员手、物体表面等进行现场采样和实验室检测,按照标准中规定的限值进行评价。结果:2020—2024年秦淮区医疗机构消毒监测总体合格率为93.69%,各年度合格率分别为92.74%、87.72%、93.21%、96.55%、96.28%,整体呈上升趋势;空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中的消毒液、医疗器械、紫外线灯辐照强度合格率分别为89.44%、89.63%、94.67%、100.00%、98.95%、96.10%;不同检测项目各年份间比较,仅工作人员手合格率的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.352,P<0.05);不同级别医院间消毒监测合格率比较,仅2021年社区卫生服务中心合格率明显低于二级医院,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.266,P<0.05);不同年份社区卫生服务中心消毒监测合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=32.711,P<0.05),2021年最低,二级医院各年消毒监测合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2020—2024年秦淮区医疗机构消毒监测合格率虽总体大于90%,且呈增高态势,但空气和医护人员手的合格率偏低,应加强监督及指导,提高消毒管理工作质量。
OBJECTIVE To understand the disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions in Qinhuai District of Nanjing,and provide a basis for improving the quality of hospital infection control work.METHODS Based on the Hospital Disinfection and Hygiene Standards(GB 15982-2012)and the Disinfectioo Technical Specifications(2002 edition),on-site sampling and laboratory testing were conducted on the air,hands of medical staff,surfaces of objects et al in Qinhuai District of Nanjing from 2020 to 2024.The evaluation was conducted according to the limits specified in the standards.RESULTS The overall pass rate of disinfection effectiveness monitoring in medical institutions in Qinhuai District from 2020 to 2024 was 93.69%.The pass rates for each year are as follows:92.74%,87.72%,93.21%,96.55%,and 96.28%,showing an overall upward trend.The qualified rates of air,medical staff hands,object surfaces,disinfectant in use,medical equipment,and ultraviolet lamp irradiation intensity were 89.44%,89.63%,94.67%,100.00%,98.95%,and 96.10%,respectively.The comparison of different testing items across various years reveals that only the difference in the pass rate of staff hand hygiene was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.352,P<0.05).When comparing the disinfection monitoring pass rates among hospitals of different levels,it was found that in 2021,the pass rate for community health service centers was significantly lower than that of secondary hospitals,indicating a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.266,P<0.05).Furthermore,when analyzing the disinfection monitoring pass rates for community health service centers over different years,a statistically significant difference was observed(χ^(2)=32.711,P<0.05),with 2021 recording the lowest rate.In contrast,no statistically significant differences were found in the disinfection monitoring pass rates among secondary hospitals across various years(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Although the overall qualified rate of disinfection effectiveness monitoring in medical institutions in Qinhuai District is over 90%and shows an improving trend,the qualified rates of air and medical staff hands are relatively low.Efforts from al parties are needed to strengthen supervision and guidance in order to continuously improve the quality of disinfection management work.
