摘要
泌尿系结石是一种常见的泌尿系统疾病,常导致泌尿系统感染、肾积水和肾功能损害等并发症。其病因复杂,形成过程中受多种因素影响,具有高发病率和复发率。本研究就基因组学、微生物组学、代谢组学、蛋白质组学、影像组学目前在泌尿系结石中的研究进行综述,为结石的诊断、治疗和预防复发提供新思路和新策略。
Urolithiasis is is a common urinary system disease,often leading to complications such as urinary tract infection,hydronephrosis,and renal function impairment.Its etiology is complex,and the formation process is affected by multiple factors,with high incidence and recurrence rates.This study reviews the current research on urinary calculi in genomics,microbiomics,metabolomics,proteomics,and radiomics,aiming to provide new ideas and strategies for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of stone recurrence.
