摘要
基于盲孔法测试残余应力的基本原理,对5083铝合金材料的应变释放系数A、B开展试验标定与塑性修正研究。结果表明:当应力低于0.6倍屈服强度时,应变释放系数A、B保持相对稳定;当应力高于0.6倍屈服强度时,A、B呈现明显的下降趋势;实施修正后,整个应力范围内的相对误差绝对值可控制在3.62%以内,与未修正前的计算结果相比,测试精度有显著提高。
Based on the basic principle of testing residual stress using blind hole method,experimental calibration and plastic correction research were conducted on the strain release coefficients A and B of 5083 aluminum alloy material.The results indicated that when the stress was below 0.6 times the yield strength,the strain release coefficients A and B remained relatively stable.When the stress exceeded 0.6 times the yield strength,A and B showed a significant downward trend.After the implementation of the correction,the absolute value of the relative error within the entire stress range could be controlled within 3.62%.Compared with the calculation results before correction,the testing accuracy had been significantly improved.
