摘要
胃癌是全球范围内主要的癌症死亡原因之一,其治疗效果与患者的营养状况密切相关。营养不良在胃癌患者中普遍存在,影响手术耐受性、治疗反应和生活质量,进而影响预后。因此,采用有效的营养指数来识别营养风险、监测营养干预效果,对于优化治疗方案、改善患者预后具有重要意义。本文对不同营养评分及指数在胃癌中的研究进展作一综述,期待为临床医生评估胃癌患者预后提供参考。
Gastric cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths worldwide and its treatment outcome is closely related to the nutritional status of patients.Malnutrition is usually prevalent in patients with gastric cancer and affects surgical tolerance,treatment response and quality of life,which in turn affects prognosis.Therefore,using effective nutritional indices to identify nutritional risks and monitor the effects of dietary in-terventions is of great significance for optimizing treatment plans and improving patient prognosis.This arti-cle provided a review of the research progress of different nutritional scores and indices in gastric cancer,and was expected to provide a reference for clinicians to assess the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
