摘要
目的 对近15年肺癌围手术期呼吸训练的研究进行文献计量学和可视化分析,揭示该领域的研究现状并挖掘其研究热点。方法 检索2010年1月—2024年10月中国知网和Web of Science核心合集数据库的相关文献,剔除不符合纳入标准的文献后,采用VOSviewer 1.6.20和CiteSpace 5.7.R5软件将纳入文献进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入277篇中文文献和244篇英文文献,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,但存在波动。发文量最多的机构为四川大学。载文量和共被引次数最多的期刊分别为Journal of thoracic disease、Lung cancer。结论 肺癌围手术期呼吸训练、远程居家呼吸训练、呼吸训练联合传统中医康复技术等为该领域的主要研究热点,未来研究应聚焦于呼吸训练方案的优化、临床应用推广及其对患者生活质量等预后指标的长期影响。
Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visual analysis of perioperative respiratory training for lung cancer in the past 15 years,in order to explore the current research status and hotspots.Methods The China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science Core Collection were searched for related stud-ies from January 2010 to October 2024,exclude the literature that does not meet the inclusion creteria.VOS-viewer 1.6.20 and CiteSpace 5.7.R5 software were used for visual analysis.Results A total of 277 Chinese and 244 English papers were included.The annual publication volume showed an overall upward trend,but there are fluctuations.The institution with the most publications was Sichuan University,and the journals with the highest number of articles and co-citations were Journal of thoracic disease and Lung cancer,respectively.Conclusion Perioperative respiratory training,remote home respiratory training,and the combination of respi-ratory training and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation techniques are the main research hotspots.Fu-ture research will focus on the improvement of the respiratory training program,the clinical application and the impact on prognostic indicators such as patients'quality of life.
