摘要
螺旋钢管广泛应用于输水工程中,其焊接是整个钢管制造过程中的核心环节,焊接质量直接影响输水管道的运行安全。本文结合工程实际案例,重点介绍输水用大口径厚壁螺旋钢管焊接过程在线监测技术,形成焊接过程中“实时监测-智能诊断-动态调控”的闭环质量控制机制,旨在实现螺旋钢管焊接质量的精细化管控,降低焊接缺陷率,有效提升焊接质量,为重大水利工程的安全稳定运行提供可靠的技术支持和保障。
Spiral steel pipes are widely used in water transmission projects,and their welding quality is the core link in the entire steel pipe manufacturing process,directly affecting the operational safety of water transmission pipelines.This article focuses on introducing the online monitoring technology for the welding process of largediameter thick-walled spiral steel pipes used in water transportation,based on practical engineering cases.The welding process forms a closed-loop quality control mechanism of"real-time monitoring-intelligent diagnosis-dynamic regulation",for the purpose of realizing the fine control of the welding quality of spiral steel pipes,reducing the welding defect rate,effectively improving the welding quality,and providing reliable technical support and guarantee for the safe and stable operation of major water conservancy projects.
