预热温度对渣包保温效果影响的数值模拟

摘要 为了实现钢渣的低热损转运,拟采用烘烤渣包的方法改善渣包的保温效果。采用有限元分析法,模拟了不同烘烤温度下,转运过程中渣包及包内钢渣的温降情况。结果表明:自然对流对渣包侧壁和底部钢渣温度影响较大;冷包情况下,转运后钢渣底部热量损失较大,钢渣凝固较多。烤包烘烤温度由873 K提高到1 273 K,转运后钢渣凝固分数由7.02%降至0%;随着渣包烘烤温度的提高,钢渣的温降和凝固均在减少,流动速度减小;烘烤温度为1 273 K时,渣转运后温度最高,且没有出现凝固现象。对比计算结果可知,当烘烤温度为1 273 K时,钢渣热量损失最少,且没有凝固,此烘烤制度下的渣包保温效果最好,为实验及生产提供有效参考。 To accomplish the low heat loss transfer of steel slag,it is proposed to use the method of baking slag ladle to improve the thermal insulation effect of slag ladle.The finite element analysis method was used to simulate the temperature drop of the slag bag and the steel slag in the bag during the transfer process under different baking temperatures.The results show that natural convection has a great influence on the temperature of the side wall and bottom of the slag ladle.In the case of cold ladle,the heat loss at the bottom of the steel slag is greater after transfer,and the steel slag solidifies more.With the increase from 873 K to 1273 K in the case of baked ladle,the solidification fraction of steel slag decreased from 7.02%to 0%after transfer.With the increase of the baking temperature of the slag bag,the temperature drop and solidification of the steel slag are decreasing,and the flow speed is decreasing.When the baking preheating temperature was 1273 K,the temperature after slag transfer was the highest,and there was no solidification.By comparing the calculation results,when the baking temperature is 1273 K,the heat loss of steel slag is the least,and no solidification occurs,and the insulation effect of slag bag under this baking system is the best,which provides an effective reference for experiment and production.
