摘要
针对包盖的工作状态对铁包内铁水温降的影响尚不明确的问题,文章采用COMSOL Multiphysics 6.0软件,对首钢京唐300 t铁水包运行过程中包盖密封性和耐材完整性对铁水温降的影响进行了二维有限元数值模拟。结果表明:包体与包盖间隙为20、120、220 mm时,对应的最终铁水平均温度分别为1 379.18、1 377.20和1 375.74℃;包盖耐材无破损及径向破损宽度分别为1/8、2/8、3/8时,最终铁水平均温度分别为1 379.18、1 374.14 、1 372.86和1 371.86℃。建议钢铁企业加强在线铁水包运行管理,定期清理包口粘渣,及时修复包盖耐材破损,提高铁水包包盖完整性和密封性,达到降低铁钢界面铁水温降的目的。
Aiming at the problem that the influence of the working state of the ladle cover on the temperature drop of the molten iron in the ladle is not clear,this paper uses COMSOL Multiphysics 6.0 software to simulate the influence of the sealing performance of the ladle cover and the integrity of the refractory on the temperature drop of the molten iron during the operation of Shougang Jingtang 300 t ladle.The results show that the final average temperature of molten iron decreases to 1379.18℃,1377.20℃and 1375.74℃respectively when the gap between the inclusion and the lid increases from 20 mm to 120 mm and 220 mm;The final average temperature of molten iron decreases to 1379.18℃,1374.14℃,1372.86℃and 1371.86℃respectively with the increase of the width from no damage to radial damage to 1/8,2/8 and 3/8.It is suggested that iron and steel enterprises should strengthen the operation and management of online hot metal ladle,regularly clean up the slag at ladle mouth,timely repair the damage of ladle cover refractory,improve the integrity and sealing of hot metal ladle cover,and achieve the purpose of reducing the temperature drop of hot metal at iron-steel interface.
