粒度组成对焦煤成焦过程影响的研究

摘要 为了明晰不同粒度组成对煤成焦过程各行为特征的影响,文章选取不同性质的两种焦煤(C1和C2)作为研究对象。采用自制的煤焦化关联性能测定装置,对不同粒度组成的两种焦煤成焦过程塑性层厚度和塑性变化、挥发分析出行为、体积形变进行探究。研究发现0.5~1 mm范围内的两种煤的挥发分析出量f最大,热塑性最优,而C1(<1.5)塑性层的黏度最大。挥发分析出行为和塑性层性质相互制约,两者共同影响煤样的收缩度变化。0.5~1 mm范围内的两种煤的收缩度最大,且不同粒度的C2的最终收缩度的差异大于C1。不同粒度组成改变煤样堆积密度,影响煤成焦过程的传热、传质,对成焦过程关联行为特征及焦炭质量产生重要作用。 In order to clarify the influence of different particle size composition on the behavior characteristics of coal coking process,two kinds of coking coal(C1 and C2)with different properties are selected as the research object in this paper.The quantity and plasticity of the plastic layer,volatile release behavior and volume deformation of two kinds of coking coals under different particle size composition were investigated by using a self-made measuring device for correlation properties of coal coking.It is found that the f of the two coal in the range of 0.5~1 mm is the largest and the thermoplasticity is the best.The viscosity of the plastic layer of C1(<1.5)is the largest.The release behavior of volatiles and the properties of plastic layer are mutually restricted,and both affect the shrinkage of coal samples.The shrinkage of two kinds of coal in the range of 0.5~1 mm is the largest.The difference of the final shrinkage of C2 with different particle size is greater than that of C1.Different particle size composition changes the bulk density of coal,affects the heat and mass transfer of coal coking process,and plays an important role in the coking correlation behavior characteristics and coke quality.
